Getting started

Get access to GripIQ, sign in, find your project, and see when the first results arrive.

This page takes you from no account to your first results. It takes a few minutes; the data itself arrives after your project’s first scan.

There are three ways to get an account.

  • Self-register. Go to /register, fill in your name, email, and a password, and submit. You always land on the Check your email page. Open the verification link in the email to activate your account. Registering does not give you access to a project yet — an administrator still adds you to one.
  • Invitation. If GripIQ staff created your account, you receive a “Welcome to GripIQ” email. Click Set up your account, choose a password, and your email is verified at the same time. The link expires, so use it soon after you receive it.
  • Microsoft sign-in. Staff accounts on the internal domain sign in with Login using your Microsoft account instead of a password. If you try to register with such an address you see: “Accounts for this email domain sign in with Microsoft. Please use the Microsoft sign-in option.”

Go to /login, enter your email and password, and select Sign in. Tick Remember me to stay signed in on that device. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password and follow the reset link in the email.

You must have verified your email address before any page opens. If you have not, use Resend verification email on the verification page.

A project is your workspace: it holds your brands, personas, prompts, keywords, insights, and results. After signing in you land on the dashboard of your most recently used project.

  • To change project, use the project switcher in the top right of the header. It lists every project you belong to, with a check mark on the current one.
  • If you see You have no active projects yet, your account exists but is not linked to a project. Contact your administrator or your account manager to get access.

The sidebar has these sections:

  • Dashboard — the overview of all monitoring channels.
  • Insights — recommendations to improve your brand, with a badge showing how many are still open.
  • Competitors — a feed of competitor website changes and social posts.
  • AI Monitor — what AI assistants answer about your brand.
  • Keyword Monitor — how your brand ranks in search results.
  • Social Monitor — social posts and engagement for your brands and competitors.
  • Settings — subscription, project settings, brands, personas, and tags.

You can collapse the sidebar with Collapse; the choice is remembered in your browser.

  • Data is collected automatically on your project’s scan schedule: daily, weekly, or monthly. You cannot start a scan yourself.
  • The first AI answers, rankings, and social posts appear after the first scan for that channel. Until then pages show empty states such as “Answers populate after the next prompt run”.
  • Insights are generated once a week, on Monday, and appear under Insights.
  • To check the schedule, open Settings → Settings and look at the Scan schedule card.

If you arrived through a link or QR code from a GripIQ presentation, you land on the public request form Get started with GripIQ. It walks through: Team, Your brand, Competitors, Project goals, Keywords, and Prompts. Select Submit request at the end. You get a confirmation email, and the GripIQ team sets the project up for you and mails you when it is ready. No account is created by the form itself.
