How-to
Organize prompts and keywords with tags
Create, edit, and delete tags, then use them to group and filter prompts and keywords.
Tags are your own labels. Create a tag to organize and filter prompts and keywords — for example per campaign, product line, or market. Tags are the one part of the project configuration you manage yourself.
Open the Tags page
Section titled “Open the Tags page”- Select Settings in the sidebar.
- Open the Tags tab.
The table lists every tag with its colour and how many prompts and keywords use it. If the project has none, you see “No tags yet”.
Create a tag
Section titled “Create a tag”- Select New tag.
- Type a name. A name is at most 100 characters and must be unique within the project.
- Pick a colour from the palette. One is pre-selected at random.
- Save.
Edit a tag
Section titled “Edit a tag”- Open the Actions menu on the tag’s row.
- Select Edit tag.
- Change the name or the colour, then save.
Delete a tag
Section titled “Delete a tag”- Open the Actions menu on the tag’s row.
- Select Delete tag.
- Confirm in the Delete tag? dialog.
Assign a tag
Section titled “Assign a tag”- Prompts — open AI Monitor → Prompts and set the tags on a prompt’s row. Choosing tags replaces the whole set for that prompt.
- Keywords — open Keyword Monitor → Keywords and set the tags on a keyword’s row, the same way.
Tags apply to prompts and keywords only. There is no tagging for brands, social posts, insights, or websites.
Filter by tag
Section titled “Filter by tag”The Tags filter is available on the Dashboard, on the AI Monitor (Overview, Prompts, and Answers), and on the Keyword Monitor. Your selection is kept in the page URL, so a filtered view can be shared or bookmarked.
