How-to

Read your Subscription page

Find your plan, your limits, your team, and your account manager in Settings.

The Subscription page shows which plan your project is on, how much of each limit you are using, and who to contact about it.

  1. Select Settings in the sidebar. The Subscription tab opens by default.
  2. Read the four cards described below.

Shows the name of your subscription, a badge with your plan, Start date, and End date. An open-ended subscription shows an em dash (—) as the end date.

A Customized badge appears when one or more of your limits differ from the defaults of your plan. The numbers in the Quotas card are the ones that apply.

If the card shows No active subscription, the project has no subscription running. Nothing new can be created and scans stop until it is renewed — contact your account manager.

Current usage against your plan limits. Each limit is a bar with the numbers used and maximum: brands, personas, prompts, keywords, insights, and team members. The numbers are live, so they change as soon as something is added or removed.

Insights is the exception: it caps how many insights may be generated per weekly cycle rather than how many you store, so only the maximum is shown.

A bar and its numbers turn red when you are over the limit. See How quotas work.

Lists the people with access to this project, with a used-and-maximum badge, each person’s name and email address, and a dot showing who was active recently. Membership is managed for you — contact your account manager to add or remove someone.

Shows your account manager’s name, a dot indicating whether they are currently active, and a link that opens a new email to them. Use it for anything you cannot change yourself: your plan, your limits, brands, personas, or team members.
