How-to

Read a brand's page

Open a brand's own page and read where it shows up across AI answers, search, social media, and its website.

Every brand in your project has its own page that brings its figures from Prompts, Keywords, Socials, and Web together. All figures cover the last 30 days and are compared with the 30 days before.

  1. Select Settings in the navigation rail.
  2. Open the Brands tab.
  3. Select a brand card.
  4. Select View full details.

You can also open a brand’s page by selecting its name in a brand ranking elsewhere in the app: Rankings on the Prompts overview, SERP visibility leaderboard on the Keywords overview, Share of voice by engagement on the Socials overview, and the arrow next to a brand in the Competitor leaderboard on Competitors.

The page loads in parts: each block shows a placeholder until its figures arrive.

The top card has three parts.

  • The brand itself — the name, a Your brand or Competitor badge, the website domain, the number of social accounts, Tracked since with a date, and Compared against a number of brands on your own brand’s page or Compared with your brand on a competitor’s page.
  • Where this brand shows up — the brand’s AI share of voice (how it is calculated), SERP share (SERP Share of Voice), and Social share (Share of Voice). The ring draws the AI share only, because each share is measured over a different total.
  • Share of voice, all brands — the top five brands ranked by AI share of voice, with this brand always in the list at its real rank. Select another brand to open its page. All brands goes back to the Brands tab.

Below the header, four cards each show one measure, a sentence that says what it is measured over, the value, and the change against the previous period:

Card What it counts
AI share of voice The brand’s share of brand mentions in AI answers, against the other tracked brands.
SERP share The brand’s traffic-weighted visibility across your tracked keywords.
Social engagement The raw engagement total on the brand’s posts, not adjusted for audience size.
Website changes The number of sitemap changes detected on the brand’s websites.

The link at the bottom of each card differs per brand type:

  • On your own brand’s page, it shows your rank among the tracked brands and the gap to the brand ahead or behind.
  • On a competitor’s page, it reads Open in Prompts, Open in Keywords, Open in Socials, or Open in Web.

Either way, the link opens the section that holds the full figure. See The “Open in” links.

Four blocks follow. Each opens with four figures and has a View all link to its section.

  • AI visibility — how many prompts and AI models the figures cover, then Mentions, Citations, Avg position, and Sentiment, and a visibility trend line for every tracked brand. Citations always reads “—”: cited domains are not yet matched to brands.
  • Keyword visibility — Appearances, Weighted, Avg position, and Top 3, then a list of keywords with search volume, position, and change. On your own brand’s page these are the keywords your brand ranks on; on a competitor’s page, the keywords where both brands rank. Select a keyword to open its detail. If the brand ranks on no tracked keyword, the block says so.
  • Social activity — Posts, Engagement, Per post, and Per follower, a Cadence · 4 weeks grid with one square per day, and the share of posts per content pillar. Per follower always reads “—”: GripIQ does not keep the follower count at the time of each post. The figures are public metrics only, also for your own brand.
  • Website changes — Changes, Pages now, Growth, and Top category, a line of the page count over time, and the latest changes with their added (+), removed (−), and modified (~) page counts.

On your own brand’s page only, Open insights about your brand lists up to five open insights with their channel, priority, effort, and when they were raised. Select an insight to open it on the Insights page. Competitors’ pages do not show insights, because insights are advice about your own brand.

GripIQ confirms a new social account before it collects its posts. To remove a brand, website, or social account, contact your account manager. Other roles see the page without these controls; see Team members.
