Account sources

Account statuses

What is collected per post
Section titled “What is collected per post”Title, text, media file and media type, the link to the original post, the date it was published, the platform metrics available for that platform, and the engagement score. Every post is analysed automatically for sentiment, content pillar, tone, readability, call-to-action type, hashtags, mentions, and the brands it names.
Engagement score
Section titled “Engagement score”likes + (3 × comments) + (5 × shares) + (0.1 × views)
The score is recalculated whenever a post’s metrics change. Which raw metrics are available depends on the platform.
Metric definitions

| Total engagement | The combined likes, comments, and shares across all monitored social posts |
| Social Share of Voice | Your own brand’s share of total social engagement compared to competitors |

| Posting cadence | How frequently each brand publishes social content per month |
| Content pillars | The thematic categories your social content falls into, for example educational, promotional, entertaining |
| Pillar mix by brand | The content type breakdown per brand |
| Content format performance | Average engagement per media type: video, image, carousel, and so on |
| Platform performance | Posts, total engagement, and average engagement per post, per platform |
| Top posts | The highest-performing posts ranked by engagement score |

Filters
Section titled “Filters”| Filter | Options |

Filter selections are kept in the page address, so links and browser back-navigation work.
Schedule
Section titled “Schedule”Posts are collected on the project scan schedule: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Disabled. Each run looks back about one week.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- Top posts: 6, and only posts that have a link to the original.
- Posting cadence: the top 10 brands, over the last 12 months.
- Cadence drawer: up to 50 posts per cell.
- Pillar mix by brand: the top 8 brands.
- Post feed: paginated, loading more as you scroll.
There is no plan quota on social accounts or posts. The number of brands your project may have is set by your plan — see Plans.
